21 May 2026Lundakarnevalen is upon us!Finally, it has been four years, but once again we get to experience the carnival in Lundagård. You can read more about it in our messages. But the festivities do not stop there, though they go in a more formal direction the week after, as we have the doctoral conferment ceremony in the cathedral as well as our own Honorary Doctor lecture here at LUSEM. In conjunction with this the recipient of the best doctoral thesis award at LUSEM will be giving a shorter talk along with the two runners up. We want to bring some extra attention to our web page LUSEM in the media. There are quite a few of our researchers who continuously make their mark in the public eye, and our communications office are at the ready to help more colleagues get media exposure and attention.
